Overview
James Hardin is a seasoned employment attorney with over 25 years of experience representing employers and employees throughout California. His extensive experience litigating and trying cases on both sides of the "v" gives James a unique ability to understand the very different pressures, perspectives, and interests of both employers and employees in litigation, as well as a deep knowledge of the substantive legal and strategic issues presented in the cases before him.
After earning his J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 1999, James began his legal career at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, gaining invaluable experience in employment law. He then practiced at Call, Jensen & Ferrell, Robinson, Calcagnie & Robinson, and finally at his own firm, litigating employment and business matters. Throughout his career, James has represented clients in cases involving wrongful discrimination, termination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, medical leaves, employee benefits, privacy violations, actions, and trade secrets.
