Professional Biography
Jacob C. Gonzales is a seasoned business trial attorney with deep experience handling high-stakes, complex commercial disputes. His practice includes matters involving real estate, partnerships, shareholder rights, fiduciary duties, corporate governance, employment, and contract claims. He has tried 18 cases to verdict or judgment and brings a practical, strategic approach to resolving disputes both in the courtroom and through mediation. In addition to his private practice, Jacob has served as Judge Pro Tem for the Orange County Superior Court. Before founding JCG Law PC, his own boutique litigation firm, Jacob was a partner and litigation department chair at Weintraub Tobin. He previously practiced at Waldron & Bragg LLP, a respected Newport Beach litigation boutique. Jacob continues to represent a diverse client base from established corporations to closely held businesses in state and federal courts across California. He is a proud Orange County native and graduate of Mater Dei High School and the USC Gould School of Law.
